CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
What you’ll learn
Across four industry-informed courses, you’ll gain the leadership mindset and strategic tools needed to drive responsible, high-impact AI adoption. Each course includes hands-on projects that build your board-level portfolio — from strategic proposals to implementation plans — giving you practical assets to apply in your role.
Begin with a two-week orientation to get familiar with the platform, connect with your cohort, and align your goals. You’ll also meet your Success Manager and Leadership Coach, who will help tailor your experience to support your leadership development and strategic outcomes.
Explore how AI is already reshaping decision-making, organisational culture, and stakeholder value. You’ll learn to evaluate your organisation’s AI readiness, assess governance risks, and identify where AI can generate the greatest strategic return. Through peer learning and case studies, you’ll build a strategic AI proposition that integrates opportunity analysis, ethical frameworks, and technology alignment — ready for executive presentation.
Project: A board-ready AI strategy for a fictional company, with embedded ethics, governance, and implementation planning.
Position yourself as the leader who makes AI real. You’ll explore change management strategies, stakeholder mapping, and cultural integration as you develop a change leadership plan for AI transformation. Learn to navigate organisational resistance and build cross-functional alignment around AI governance and adoption.
Project: An AI change roadmap with governance models, communication plans, and success metrics for scaling impact.
Get hands-on with generative AI tools and workflows designed to boost decision-making, productivity, and collaboration. You’ll design a personalised AI-enabled leadership playbook to enhance your strategic impact — integrating AI into communication, problem-solving, and team performance, all while preserving ethical oversight and human judgement.
Project: An AI-enabled executive playbook and leadership audit, showcasing how you’ll apply AI in real-time leadership practice.
